     The company is headed by Rick Weech, a graphic designer and copywriter who got his start in the high-pressure world of grocery advertising in the 1980s. In 1990, he found his niche in the retirement industry and since that time has produced almost 10,000 newsletters of all shapes and sizes for communities throughout the country.
